How do I track my shipment in real time?

We offer real-time visibility through our TMS platform and integrations for shipment transparency. You’ll receive updates throughout the lifecycle of the load and can always reach out to our Track & Trace team for live updates.

What’s Genpro’s coverage area?

We operate nationwide, with a robust carrier network of over 25,000+ carriers. We cover all major U.S. lanes and can provide both spot and contract freight solutions.

Can Genpro handle time-sensitive or holiday deliveries?

Absolutely. Our team is experienced with tight turnarounds, holiday scheduling, and high-volume surges. We’ll work closely with you to ensure your load is delivered on time and in spec.

How do I become a customer or request a quote?

You can fill out our customer intake form at genproinc.com/customers or email us at sales@genproinc.com. One of our Business Development Managers will reach out with custom solutions and pricing.

What is Genpro’s QuickPay Program, and how do I enroll?

Our QuickPay Program allows eligible carriers to get paid in as little as 24 hours. To enroll, simply select the QuickPay option on your invoice submission and ensure your load is delivered with all required paperwork submitted on time. Contact Carrier Services to confirm your eligibility.

How do I submit paperwork for payment?

Submit your signed rate confirmation, proof of delivery (POD), and any accessorial documents to payables@genproinc.com. Make sure all documents are clear and legible to avoid delays.

Why is my payment delayed?

Delays are often caused by missing or incorrect paperwork. Double-check your POD, rate confirmation, and invoice details. If everything is submitted and you’re still unsure, contact Carrier Services or Accounting for an update.

Who do I contact for after-hours support?

Our Night Dispatch Team is available for urgent load updates or issues outside of standard business hours. You can reach them through our main line and follow the prompts for after-hours.

How do I get added to Genpro’s carrier network?

To join our network, visit genproinc.com/carriers and click on “Become a Carrier.” You’ll need to complete our onboarding packet and be vetted through Highway and our internal compliance review.
